祝日の19:10頃に2人で入店しました。
お店の内観は食堂のような感じで、テーブル数は約10台、合計席数は約26席ほどでした。
先客は4名ほどで、好きな席に座るように言われました。
着席して以下のうどんを注文しました。
・讃岐うどんの冷うどん@990円
→ あっさりはしていましたが、かつおの優しい出汁が美味しかったです。うどんは細くてコシがありました。
・海老天ざるうどん@1,000円
→うどんは讃岐うどん同様、細くてコシがありました。出汁は色が黒い割には薄かったです。もう少し醤油など効かせた方が良かったなと思いました。海老天は美味しかったです。
東日本のうどんに慣れたせいか、出汁があっさりしている印象がありました。麺は細くてもコシがあって良かったです。
