21:15分に訪問。先客はカップルが1組、5人組が1組。後からメンバーが4人増えてかなりの団体さんになりました。
カウンターに着席し生ビールをオーダーします。
店内はカウンター6席に掘り炬燵の座敷が2卓で年数はそこそこ経っていますが清潔で落ち着く感じの内装です。こちらでオープンされて7年だそうです。
付き出しはバイ貝です。
大きめの貝は身も大きく味がシッカリ染みて肝もしっとりとして美味しいです。他の料理に期待が持てます。
アテは以下をオーダー。
刺身盛合せ
鯛、カツオ、イカ、カンパチです。
どれも臭みも無く美味しいです。特にカンパチはトロの部分で脂がのって美味しいですか
親鳥タタキ
サニーレタス、玉ねぎ、ワカメ、水菜と一緒にポン酢で頂きます。親鳥は歯応えがあり、噛むほどに皮と身の間から美味しい脂が染み出ます。
鯛しそ天ぷら
アスパラと茄子が添えられています。
丁度よい揚げ加減で熱々でホクホクしています。岩塩で頂きました。
ホタルイカ沖漬け
やや小振りですが、出汁の風味も効いてとても美味しく酒が進みます。
鯖ヘシコ
福井県の郷土料理です。塩味のシッカリとしたぬか漬けは酒のアテに最高です。中骨が少々気になりました。
日本酒は
南(純米吟醸)高知県
香りが良く、シッカリとした味に余韻が残り美味しいです。
梵(純米大吟醸)福井県
こちらも香りがとても良いです。後味は大吟醸だけにスッキリしています。
久々の夜の外食で魚を堪能できました。
団体さんが賑やかでしたが余り気にならなかったです。普段はもっと落ち着いて一人でゆっくり寛いで飲めるような気がします。
機会が有れば、また来たいと思います。
