高松市の繁華街瓦町に立地する小料理屋。JR高松駅からでも琴電瓦町駅からでも、どちらからでも徒歩圏内。やや混み入った場所にあるので、軽くナビは必要。当日は、事前電話予約のうえ、18:30に2人で訪問。
●接客・応対
大将1人、給仕に女将さん1人の人で切り盛りしているが席数がそれ程多くないので、極端に皿出しが遅れる事はない。ただし、グループ客がいるとオーダーを集中させるので、オーダーに際してのオペレーションは必要。また、空いていると2人でもテーブル席を利用させてくれるので、好感度は高い。
●雰囲気
小料理屋らしく整然とした雰囲気で、余分な物は何もなく気分が良い。また、席間、通路のスペースも十分で、落ち着いて食事ができる環境にある。初めは、何か有線放送らしきものが流れていたが、途中から切ってくれたので、音に煩らわされる事もない。
●メニュー
残念ながらかなり限定的。北陸の味を出す店である事は事前のリサーチで分かっていたものの、それにしても、メニュー少なすぎ。加えて、値付けがかなりの強気。
●そして実食
店構えからして悪ろうはずもなく、味は高いレベルでの及第点。ポーションも文句なし。
●総評
たしかに味は一級品なのだが、メニューの少なさ、値付けの強さから、再訪には躊躇してしまう。

玉葱とカイワレと鰹がポン酢で和えら
れており、付け合せのスライスされた
ニンニク、酢橘で味を調整する。
これはこれで旨い。
