PR for restaurants |
A restaurant where you can enjoy exquisite motsu nabe made with plump Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) of domestic Wagyu beef and delicious drinks.
We offer a calm and stylish space where you can enjoy giblet Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) at your leisure, and we also have a wide selection of Hakata delicious side dishes, such as Motsu-nabe (Offal hot |
Once in a while, you can try something other than local food at Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot). The ceiling is high, the store is spacious, and there are steps all over the place, so you'll need a lot of leg strength to go to the restroom (lol), so if you're drunk, you'll definitely fall down. I guess it's a vacant space, but from what I can see inside the store, it's quite unique. And the taste is also a bit different. In a good way. [b: Broiled offal hotpot (soy sauce)] is the base, and includes vinegared offal, fried naankotsu, spicy cucumber, and kimchi. The edamame portion was more than expected, so it was quite filling. The vinegared motsu was also a little off by Hakata standards. What made me want to order it again was my companion's opinion that the cucumber was spicy (lol)
