讃岐のキン肉マンの土曜日。
本日は高松市でラーメン活動。
午前中に若き正義超人達(中学生)と一緒に練習し、ほどよくお腹を空かしてラーメンを食します。
●天下一品 高松駅前店(高松市西の丸町16)
「こってり」と「あっさり」の2種類がスープの基本。1971年に京都銀閣寺周辺で開いた屋台がその発祥となった人気ラーメンチェーン店です。
★本日のラーメン
「京都白味噌ラーメン並(850円)」
→新鮮さを感じたいのでいつもとは違うスープをチョイスし、濃さはあっさりで注文しました。
◆スープ
味噌味がほのかに香る濃厚スープ。
おそらく、普段のスープに白味噌を加えただけだと思われますがとても良い感じでした(旨)
◆麺
中太ストレート麺(加水率やや低め)。
食べ応えがあってイイと思います。
◆チャーシュー
薄切りの焼豚が1枚。
味は良いのですが、もう2.3枚は食べたかった...。
◆その他の具材
ネギ、もやし、メンマのみ。
特筆すべき点はありません。
総じて美味しくいただけました。
いつもの天一とは違う感動をいただくことができました。味噌スープを選んだのは正解でした。
この味変は間違いなくオススメできますね。
