3 nights and 4 days trip to Shikoku. Our last night was at Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant. When I was looking for a restaurant near my hotel, this restaurant caught my eye in the reviews, where the words [b: Udon] stood out more than Yakiniku (Grilled meat). (Hence, my title...) I had made a reservation online for ``[Small portions of various items♪ Also includes Steak and lean meat platter] Luxury carefully selected course: 5,000 yen''. First, let's look at the drink menu. Then, what caught my eye was "Ginger Highball ([b:Dry])". If it's called dry, it's probably Wilkinson's dry, but this was the first time I'd seen it on an alcohol drink menu, so I ordered it without hesitation, and the sharp bitterness was addictive. In Other, there is also Dassai shochu, which is perfect for rocks, as it is said to be ``distilled from the same day's sake lees removed from the Dassai sake shochu to extract the spirit.'' I was satisfied with the delicious meat, as the chef was attentive and the food was served at just the right pace, but the udon noodles that finished off the meal were the best. The chef probably gave the go-ahead because it takes 30 minutes to make, but the timing was perfect, and the vegetables simmered in the miso-based soup were both tasteful and delicious. Contents of the luxury carefully selected course Assorted grilled vegetables Refreshing choregi salad Assorted salt-grilled assorted Assorted grilled sauce Today's Steak with olives Beef with chopped wasabi Assortment of two types of lean meat With grated ponzu sauce (Rice) I didn't order it because I had udon (Assorted kimchi) I had declined in advance, so Increased amount of grilled vegetables, Uchikomi udon...Noodles are also homemade, Dessert/Sorbet
