久しぶりに3度目の訪店
17:00開店と同時に入ったので独占状態
ビールを飲みながら待ちます
・黒ハラミの黒胡椒炒め
絶品です。しっかり味のついたハラミをベースに、
火が通りつつ食感も楽しめる野菜、きのこを餡のとろみで絡めつつ堪能
・青菜炒め
一度食べてみたいと思い注文。やや味が薄目でしょうか？
下の方に溜まったエキスを飲むとにんにくの旨味が広がります
・海鮮おこげ
おこげと海鮮の具が別々に来て、店員さんが具をおこげの上にかけた瞬間
「ジュワ～」という美味しい音が。聴覚でも楽しめます
やや具の味つけが薄目でしょうか？おこげに味がないので具は少し濃いめの方が好みでした
このお店は全品食べたくなりますね、再訪確定です
