日曜日の夜、街をブラブラ。
以前、知り合いにおすすめされていたのを思い出して、入口から覗くと空いていたので一人なんですけどと入店。
メガネがトレードマークのマスターともう一人女性がキッチン内で働かれています。
まずは、ビール。キリンのハートランドの生。大手が出す中では非常に好きなブランドです。
ハートランドマーク入りのグラスもよく冷えてます。乾杯！
カウンターからはキッチン内と調理の様子がよく見えます。
飲料以外のメニューは、壁にかかった黒板に書いてあります。この辺りも都会っぽく、いわゆる中華料理屋感は全く無いです。
メニューから、ピータンポテトサラダと特製黒酢酢豚をオーダー。
お通しとピータンの独特の香りがほんのり効いたポテサラでビールをお代わり。このポテサラ食感も楽しい。
頃合いをはかって、やってきました黒酢酢豚。メインの豚肉がゴロゴロ。外側はサクッと中はトロリと火の通し方が絶妙。酸味の効いた少し苦味を感じる奥に旨味と甘味ある餡は美味しいしトロミも絶妙。
思わず、紹興酒を常温でオーダー。美味しい中華には紹興酒ですよね。
他のメニューも気になりましたが、コロナ自粛で育ち盛りの我が身を考え、次回の訪問に回すことにして本日は終了。
二人以上で来たらもっと楽しめる幅が広がりそうな良店だと思います。
