PayPayで事前予約をして、賢くテイクアウト利用です。
『フジヤマドラゴン 高松店』さん。
焼肉、韓国料理のチェーン店です。
ここのタルタルソースがちょっと一風変わっているとの噂を聞き、一度いただいてみたかったのです。
今回、お願いをしたのが…
・メガチキン 和風タルタルソース
・バカポテサラダ
の2品です。
出来上がったチキンの上にかかる紫色のタルタル。
確かに一風変わっている…。
踊る気持ちを抑えて、家路を急ぎます。
チキンのいい香りな嫌が上にもお腹が鳴ります…。
家に到着。さあ！いただきます。
紫色の素は、しば漬けですね。
もともとピクルスを使うことが多いタルタルソース。
そう考えると、しば漬けも理にかなっているのかも。
しば漬けがいい塩加減を演出して、なかなかの一品です。
チキンはパリッとしていてジューシー。紫のタルタルとよく合います。
これはビールかハイボールでやりたいなぁ…。
お店やネットで見たメニューには気になるものもたくさんありました。
今の状況が落ち着いたら、またお店でゆっくり食事がしたいものです…。
