店構えがお洒落過ぎて、ひょっとしてココ⁈っていう感じで、迷われるかも知れません。
昔よく通った喰くう（現在レンゲ食堂）出身の大将。訪れたかったのですが、なかなかチャンスがありませんでした。 クラフトビールもありますが、カウンターメインで日本酒推しのお店のようです。器へのこだわりが強く感じられ、ちょっと上品な大人のお店ですね。
先ず付け出しに厚揚げ⁈南蛮揚げ⁈と一緒にハイボールで乾いた喉を潤おします。
次に刺し盛り。通常は、2人前〜なのですが、1人前からでも受けて下さいます。
オススメの白子ぽん酢。この季節、精力付けるには、欠かせません。
鮪のレアカツ、揚げたての衣は、熱々のサクサクなのに、中は、レアと言うか、お刺身のままです。
最後におつまみのカマンベールもろみ漬け。チーズって漬物みたいな発酵物に漬け込むと、何とも言えない風味になりますね。
メニューを見ると、2人〜ですが、鰻しゃぶしゃぶコースがありましたので、次回は、誰か誘って来店してみようかな
喰くう（現在レンゲ食堂）も居酒屋と称しながら、ほぼ割烹料理のお店でしたが、たべごとや 艸 も、なかなかのものです。めちゃくちゃ頑張ってる感ありますよ。牡蠣や脂ののった魚介類など、季節ならではのお料理を楽しめそうですので、僕は、リピート確定です。
喫煙の方には、この季節に可哀想ですが、外で吸えるように喫煙スペースがありました。
