2023年11月23日(木)の19:50に突撃訪問。
こちらは高松市内の人気うどん居酒屋。
骨付き鳥を食べてから〆の来店です。
訪問時には先待ち2名の並び。
ところがあまり回転が良くないとの事。
(店頭の貼り紙にそんな案内があった)
結局40分ほど待って20:30に入店。
釜玉うどん、すだち酒を注文。
▪️店舗特徴
・店内はカウンター席とテーブル席有り
・支払いは注文制、後払いで現金 or QR決済
・人手不足のためか回転はあまり良くない
・ワンドリンクオーダー制(もしくは席料発生)
▪️注文内容
・究極のかま玉うどん / ¥680
・すだち酒 / ¥550
何をもって「究極」なのかは不明ですが…
このうどん、とても美味しいです！
見た目はシンプルなホカホカ釜玉うどん。
うどんは「ザ・さぬき」でもっちりコシがある。
打ち立てで小麦の香りが良く、かなり旨い！
そこに、生卵とネギと出汁醤油のみ。
なのだが、何故かとても美味しい（笑）
終盤はトロンとした卵スープみたいになって、
気づけばあっという間に完食・完飲です！
▪️総評
なんとなく自分でも作れそうなのだが…
うどんは勿論、一品料理として完成度が凄い。
お酒の〆に食べるのにもオススメ。
軽めのうどんなのでスルッと食べられます。
回転は良くない、なのでいつも行列。
けど、一度は食べる価値ありですよ！
