カウンター10席のみで、大将1人で大変そう。
全ての料理が創作系で、見た目でおぉっ！てなります。
味ももちろん抜群！
おでんの出汁の取り方、刺身のプリっと具合、里芋の入ったポテサラの斬新な感じ、あぶり方、ぜひ見に行ってみてください。
お通しからこだわりを感じます。
シイタケ結構推してて、シイタケ苦手で食べれないのが残念でした(笑)
