やっと訪問出来ました。なかなか予約が取れない、カウンター10席程度の和風系居酒屋。
着席した時から、色々こだわりが感じられます。小さな一輪挿しの花とウェルカムカードが席に用意されています。
まずは生ビールを注文。ガラスが薄いビールグラスなのが嬉しい。口当たりが良いんですよね。この手のグラスは割れやすいから、店の気持ち(気合)が伝わります。乾杯！
突出しにも手が込んだ白子の天ぷら。かかっている餡だしが抜群。この出汁の香りと味わいだけでこの後の期待が膨らみます。
里芋のポテトサラダにホワイトアスパラの炭火焼き、などなど出てくるものが全て美味しい。
器にもこだわっていて、見た目も楽しい。
料理もこちらのタイミングを見て提供されています。決してカウンターが皿で一杯にならない気遣い。目配り気配りを欠かしてない。そのための店の広さなのかもしれない。
常連になりたいけど席が偶数なだけに独りでは申し訳ない感じ。食事している間も何度も電話でお断りしていたしなー。
落ち着いて美味しいものを食べたい方には本当にお勧めできるお店です。
