普段なら予約必須のこちらのお店に
飛び込みで伺いました。
2人ならOKとの事でラッキーでした。
まずはビールと抹茶ビールで乾杯です。
抹茶の甘みと風味がビールにとても合います。
家でも作って飲みたいです。
お通しは、はもの天ぷらの餡掛け？的な奴で優しいお味で最高のお通しでした。
色々頼みたい所ですが、三軒目なので刺し盛りのみを頼みました。イサキを目の前で焼いていて香ばしくて
カツオ寄り癖が無く美味しいです。
ホタテがかなり甘くて最高でした。ハケで醤油を塗るのが特別感があり面白いと思いました。
次回は釜飯までたどり着きたいですね。
