高松市で初めて伺った居酒屋。ホテル近くのアーケード街で地元名産が食べられそうなお店を物色し、勘で入りました。
カウンター席でどこに座るか迷っているとすぐに座る場所を指定されいわれた通りに着席。
骨付き鶏は焼き上がりに30分程度かかるのでオーダー予定があるなら早めにとの説明が有ったので、まずはヒナ骨付き鶏を注文。
ビールといぶりがっこクリームチーズポテサラもオーダー。
このポテサラはいぶりがっこの食感が良く、またクリーミーでなかなかの逸品。半熟玉子が乗っているのも嬉しい。
更に鶏トロポン酢も追加。こちらも想像と違い暖かい料理で大ぶりの鶏トロが存在感を発揮する一品。
そしてついに骨付き鶏登場。
ビッグサイズで付属するハサミで切りながらいただく方式ですが、意外に簡単に切り分けられます。
味付けは濃いめですが柔らかくジューシーな鶏肉に魅了されあっという間に完食。
骨付き鶏に合うという地元の濁り酒もいただきました。
料理はどれも期待以上の水準でした。
