【GWで札幌から四国旅行中】
平日の18時に到着。
骨付鶏の「一鶴」が3時間待ち…。他の店で時間を潰すため散策してこちらを発見。そういえば今回の旅行で焼肉食べてないな…。
外からガラス越しにジェスチャーで店員とやりとりすると、1時間ならOKとの事なので入店。
注文はQRコード式だけど、直接店員に注文してもOKとの事。
こちらはドリンクが安い!生ビール(中)が税抜299円!(税込329円)
焼肉のタレは普通のと塩ダレを用意してくれた。普通のには玉ネギやニラのみじん切りがたっぷり。
ガスコンロ、個人的には火力が強くて好き。
お通しは牛肉のハンバーグ?つくね?コンロで焼く、美味い!
注文したフードは、
・厚切り上原塩タン(1099円)×2
一人前4切れ、厚いけど柔らかくて美味い!!!牛タン好きは大満足!コスパもよい。
・炙りレモンカルビ(659円)×2
レモンスライスがたっぷり載っている。コンロに載せるとめっちゃファイヤー!でも何故かあまり焦げない、レモン効果か?
味もレモンが仕事していて、さっぱり美味い!!
・ツラミ(塩)(659円)
ホルモンは塩と味噌から選べる。
初めて聞く部位、ホルモンに分類されるけど調べたら牛の頬の筋肉。噛めば噛む程味が出る!
・大腸(塩)(439円)
ホルモンの臭みなく美味い!時間がなかったので少ししか出来なかったけど、カリッカリに焼くと最高!
・もやしナムル(439円)
ボリュームある。若干酢が強め。
飛び込みで入ったけど、かなり満足の美味さでした。
コスパもよい!会計は一人4000円ちょっと。
店員の応対もよかった。
