今後も更なる研究を進め、食材にもこだわり、進化するお店(ﾟ∀ﾟ)
連休中は月曜日営業が増えたり日曜日も夜営業したりもするみたいです(^^)
今回はまぜそばをいただきました！
初めは麺を軽くいただき、後で黄身を絡めましたが卵が良いやつなんだろな。
結構黄身の味が強く出ており濃厚やん。
これからも研究重ねて、食材から変わると思うがこういう１つで味が凄く変わったりするんだと勉強になりましたね٩( ᐛ )و
