この日は、「明石大橋」「淡路島」から四国に入りました。時間に余裕があったので、早めに高速を下りて高松方面に向かいます。「朝うどん」をやっているロードサイドのお店を探しながら走っていると、高松市のほんの少し手前の反対車線にこちらのお店を発見、Uターンして駐車場に車を停めました。店前と店横にとても広い駐車場があってまずビックリ、店内に入って今度はその広さに２度ビックリです。
若い女性スタッフさんが多い様子で丁寧な接客に感心しました。注文は冬でも毎度の「冷やかけ」です。小で270円、「ネギ」はスタッフさんが乗せてくれるスタイルでした。
そしてズラ～っと並ぶ「天ぷら」や「フライ」の種類の多さにまたビックリ。初め「とり天」を取ろうかとしましたが、その先に、セルフうどんではちょっと珍しい「あなご天(190円)」があったのでそちらをチョイス。後ろが並んでいなかったら、全部見てから取った方がいいかもしれません（笑） そして「いなり(90円)」も選択、計550円の朝ごはんです。
広い店内はちょっと寒かったです。だったら「温かいうどん」食べろって？（笑）
まずは「つゆ」からいただきます。それほど出汁の主張は強くない感じ、醤油と出汁の味のバランスがいいつゆだと思います。「うどん」はコシがしっかりとした噛み応えのある麺でした。
「あなご天」は衣がサクサク、身はフワッとして楽しめました。「いなり」はノーマルな酢飯入りのタイプ、全てを完食・・楽しい香川での朝ごはんになりました。
この後、高松市内でももう少し小ぶりの別の「なりや」さんの店舗を発見、親しみを感じたのでありました・・
