今回は臨時休業ではなく、開いていたのでほっとした矢先、そばが売り切れでした。残念。仕方なくうどんだけ貰いましたが、それが想像以上に美味しかったです。
何度食べてもここのそばは独特で美味いです。
前に来た時と雰囲気が変わってました。
ダシもこんなんやったっけ？みたいな。
ん〜。もう行かないかも？
麺がみずみずしい。
柔らか、細めうどん。
醤油の味がよい。
池内は讃岐うどんにあらず、池内うどんと言う１つのジャンルである。と教えられた。だんだんだんだん、池内に行きたくなる。
朝現場前の兄ちゃん達と食べる蕎麦３玉も美味いが、昼に食べるアベックも美味い。
