せっかくの香川なのでやっぱ締めはうどん。
こちらは深夜まで開いてるのを事前調査済み。
鶏肉のつまみが豊富でとりわさをつまみにビール。
少し炙られたささみ。
淡泊すぎてビールよりも日本酒に合いそうです。
うどんはきつねうどんを注文。
こーゆう飲み屋のうどんも美味しいのが香川でしょ。
と変に期待していましたが、、、
コシや伸びやかさは皆無。
関西のうどんに近くて懐かしさも感じる。
トッピングがキツネだからそう感じるわけではないと思うが。
出汁もイリコ感は薄め。
締めのうどんなのであえて食べやすい食感にしているのかもしれません。
店員さんはアットホームで好印象でした。
居酒屋使いが正解かもしれません。
