今日は帰宅前にちょびっと買い食い。（ちょびっと？）
この時間（18時過ぎ）に茹でたての美味しいうどんが食べられるお店が会社からの帰路に何件かあるんです。（恵まれた環境）
今日は中でも家から一番近いお店に寄り道。宇多津駅前『讃岐の味 塩がま屋』さん。
うどん打ちの極意は、食べる人を思うこと。うどんって、日本の美意識そのものよ。うどんの持つチカラ、信じています。香川が誇る、日本の味を届けたい。（塩がま屋さんのSNSより）
そんな熱い思いの店主が作るいつ行っても茹でたて、作りたてのうどんが頂けるお店です。なんなら、香川のB級グルメのド定番焼きたて熱々の骨付鶏も頂けます。週末なんかは大行列出来てる人気店です。さすがに晩ご飯前に骨付鶏は重いので（帰って晩ご飯食べるんだ？）骨付き鶏に並ぶグルメ素材オリーブ牛をふんだんに使われた贅沢うどん『オリーブ牛おろしぶっかけうどん』頂きました。（ちょびっとって言ってなかったか？）オリーブ牛は茹でた後に冷水に潜らせて余分な脂分を落としているそうです。ということはカロリーゼロですね。（違
実は肉系のうどんって大好物っちゃあ大好物なんですが……うどんは基本冷たいうどんが好きなんです。冷系の肉うどん頼んで肉脂が出汁に白く浮いてるとちょとゲンなりします。（同意戴ける方 居ます？）
こちら『讃岐の味 塩がま屋』さんの『オリーブ牛おろしぶっかけうどん』冷は脂も浮いておらず肉は柔らかく味もしっかりついてて最高です。さっぱり あっさり 美味しく食べられる肉ぶっかけうどんです。（でもカロリーゼロでは無いです）
