久しぶりに、「めりけんや」さん。
JR四国の関連会社です。香川では高松市内の他にこちら宇多津に店があります。本社がこの店の南西側にある関係なのかもしれません。
大箱のセルフ店なので、多少は並んでいても直ぐに回転します。駐車場も大きく、トラックも停められるので運転手さんにも好評。故に、会社の人間と出会う可能性も高く避ける傾向にありました。（昼はゆっくり食べたいのです）
頼んだメニューはぶっかけうどん冷小にアスパラ天にコロッケ。
麺はツヤツヤで、良い感じ。喉越しも良いです。このレモン要らないんだけどな〜（コロッケに搾りました）
少し濃いめのつゆです。いりこ出汁はそんなに強くは感じない鰹節などの出汁と合わさった感じです。少し塩分強いかな。
と、週末の土曜日は悲しい出動日。
同僚と再度、来る事になりました。
この日はざるうどん大にナス天と舞茸天（揚げたてが出てきたから思わず取ってしまった）
麺はツヤツヤで美味しい。で、塩分高いのはうどん自体だと気づく。こちらのうどん、何もつけなくても塩味を結構感じます。
天ぷらは美味しかったです。
ザルの出汁は旨味が強めです。
けど、うどん自体の塩味と合わさると塩分多めに感じました。
