After having lunch at Komeya, we toured the Shonai Peninsula via Marugame. We will stay at Ikuzato until near evening, and have dinner on the way back to Takamatsu. I saw this when I stopped by Tokuhiro about two months ago and was curious about it. That's because its name is Harbin. There are two Ramen shops with the same name in the Suwa region of Nagano Prefecture. This is a Ramen specialty store, not a Chinese restaurant. Now, this is Marugame's Harahin... It arrived around 1840. There is a small raised tatami room on the left, a partially facing counter in the center, and a table on the right. The dishes are standard for a Chinese restaurant, such as Noodles, rice bowls, and a la carte dishes, but among Noodles is "Harbin Ramen." I'm drawn to the fact that it's named after the restaurant rather than tonkotsu, soy sauce, or miso. When I looked at the photo, I didn't really understand what it was, but I tried it out and ordered a "half-char" for 750 yen. The true identity of "Harbin Ramen" is... The picture was taken with a cell phone camera in auto mode, so the white balance was distorted and the whole thing turned yellow, but the color is actually a little brighter. Having said that, the soup has a reddish ocher color, although it is not as strong as Dandan noodles. The taste is similar to spicy miso. Not bad. The noodles are regular Chinese noodles. The ingredients are several types of vegetables. It's like a spicy miso version of tanmen. The fried rice was fluffy and had a normal taste. Is the person running the store from China? That's how I felt throughout the conversation. The atmosphere of the home country can also be seen in the interior decoration.
