店内は正直汚いというか雑然としています。
生活感丸出しで、オモチャや健康器具、カブトムシなどの生き物なんかが至るところに(笑)
お客さんの子供には飴をあげたり、良く言えばアットホームな雰囲気です。
天津飯は、卵のかき混ざる動きがしっかり残る焼き上がりです。
これがネックで、卵に浅い切り込みが入っているような状態になり、食べるときにぶつ切れ感を感じてしまう。
好みの食感ではなく残念でした。
具材は、少量のネギとハム。
餡は甘さが控えめなほう。これはこれで結構好きな味です。
焼き餃子は小振りで羽根つき。
意外と肉汁が出てきますね。
大衆中華料理屋に行くと、しょっちゅう中国にない天津飯を注文する人間なので、再訪は当分先になりそうです。
