店名はタイタンと読むらしいです。
大地を揺るがすようなラーメンを期待してやって来ました。
どーも、いつかアースシェイカーと呼ばれてみたいの唄です。コンヌツワ。m(__)m
すいませーん！と５回ぐらい呼んでも振り向いてくれない男性スタッフが4人。
（巨人には普通の人間の呼び声が届かないようです）
何故か、奥にいた男性スタッフさんが来てくれました。
とりあえずオデンと焼鳥をオーダー。
ムシャムシャとたべながら第二陣の検討に入ります。
醤油ラーメンが看板メニュー、たいたんラーメンが一番人気。
看板メニューと一番人気が一致しない不思議に悩みながら、醤油ラーメンと石焼チャーハンを追加オーダー。
先にラーメンが来たのでズルズル。(゜皿゜;)
うん！長時間熟成させた醤油だれと謳い文句にあるように 口当たりマイルドな醤油味。
ただ、スープには時間をかける余裕がなかったのか、コクが全く無いですね。(；・ω・)
（まるで醤油だれをお湯で伸ばしたみたい）
麺はコシがあって美味しいです。
石焼チャーハンは、ごく普通の味わい。
ただ、固いメンマがアクセントになりすぎて食べにくいッス。(´；ω；`)
（ラーメンにもメンマ入ってますけど？）
ラーメンが450円、トータル1870円はコスパがいいとは思いますけど……（うーんって感じです）
