超絶美味しい焼肉&ケーキを食べて満足してますが、一日一麺の鉄の掟を守る為 こちらにお邪魔しております。

醤油ラーメンと餃子をオーダー。
（うどん屋さんで初訪問は かけ ラーメン屋さんは 醤油ラーメンと決めておりますゆえ）
７、8分ぐらいでラーメンが登場、餃子もすぐ来ました。
とりあえずラーメンからズルズル。(゜m゜;)
ちょっと太めの麺です。（中太というヤツですか？）
いい小麦の香りがします。
スープは醤油が強く、あとから鶏の風味が追っかけて来る感じです。
しっかりした味付けのチャーシューも美味しい。
（臭みなど無し）
太めの麺は苦手ですが、このスープと麺は相性ピッタリだと思います。v(・∀・*)
餃子は両面焼きの珍しいタイプ。
焼き餃子ですが揚げ餃子のようにカリカリです。
ニンニクがほどよく効いて、下味は薄め。
両方とも ちゃんと美味しい（特にラーメン）のに合計で700円ですよ。Σ(ﾟωﾟ)

塩や味噌も気になる今日この頃なので、また来ます。
