最近ざるうどんにうずらの卵が薬味で乗ってくる店……減ったと思いません？
どこかないかなーと思ってたんですが……
昔ながらのこちらのお店 平野屋さんのざるうどんにはうずらがついてきました。
桃陵公園のふもと桃山隧道のトンネルを南に出てすぐ右側にあるお店『平野屋』さん。
平野屋さん 昔は大好きでよく行ってたんですよね……。
久しぶりに訪問しましたが……「そうそう、この味」って懐かしくなる味でした。
細麺でのど越し良く、しっかりしたコシがありつつ……
いま流行りのむにゅもち麺ではなく……
かといって、コシだけ勝負の固い麺でもない……
味のある、美味しい 平野屋さんの麺でした。
