ハローズ丸亀中府モール敷地内にある桃山亭。
うどんは何にしようかと考えながら入店したのですが、入口看板に「冷やし玉フェア」と書かれていたので、そちらの中(2玉)をオーダー。
穴子天があれば食べると良いよ、と言われていたが、本日はなし。残念。
こちらのお店はセルフ方式で、お盆を持ってカウンターでうどんを注文。受け取ったらレジまでの間にある天ぷらを取り、お会計の方式。会計が終わったら背面の机でネギなどを入れ、出汁醤油をかけてから席へ。
なるほど、冷たくて出汁醤油としっかり絡んでいてうまい。穴子が食べられなかったのは残念だが、また来てみることにしよう。
最後に食器を返却口へ返しておしまい。
