2017年11月11日(土)、回転しないお寿司屋さんに、リニューアルOPEN。 |
（プロローグ）
弘法様の御開帳拝観に1泊2日に訪れたんやわ。
で、1泊目の夕飯に地魚が食べられるとのネットに書かれてあったこちらのお店を訪問したんやわ。
（お店の特徴）
地魚と希少糖を寿司酢に使用した事。
希少糖とは砂糖の甘さ同等でカロリーはほぼ０の低カロリー糖の事らしい。
しかも注文がテーブル上のタブレットで、レーンで運ばれてくる回らない回転寿司。
会計も注文から決済されてタブレット表示やもんで人手がいらん合理化されちょるお店に感じたわ。
（感想）
実際、寿司酢は砂糖が入っちょらんのが判らんクオリティやった。
地元の回転寿司には無いスルメイカ握りやタイラギ貝柱、さぬきくらげの握りなどの各種の珍しいネタか揃い楽しませてくれたわ。
サヌキクラゲとは香川県特産のキクラゲで肉厚が特徴とのことやったわ。
地魚でカツオのタタキ、ワラサ等頂いたんやが、特にカンパチとシマアジは身から甘みを感じる仕上がり。
口当たりが少しコリコリしちょったから締めてすぐやろうと思うが、熟成させるかコリコリを取るか悩む程の美味しさやった。
(評価)
味はまあまあ美味しくの3.5点、CPは満腹感でも予想よりお安く感じ3.5点、よって総合も3.5点やな。
（エピローグ)
こちらの店にも讃岐うどんセットがありやっぱ香川県に来た～ちゅー感じがして地元感があり嬉しかったわ。
