丸亀泊まりになったので、骨つき鳥をいただこうと目的のお店に行くものの、満員で第2候補のこちらに伺いました。
まずは、瓶ビール(キリン)と辛ドリ 親をオーダー。
ビールと付き出しでかぼちゃサラダが到着。
かぼちゃサラダは甘みが強く、ちょっとこのみではありませんでした。
骨つき鳥は時間がかかると思い、かしわたたきを追加。
比較的早くたたきが到着。
あまり歯ごたえはありませんでしたが、ニンニクと一緒に食べると美味しい。
たたきがなくなりかけた時に親鳥が到着。ナイフとフォークか一緒にきます。
親鳥は塩辛いの辛ドリの意味みたいで残念。また、ナイフとフォークでは切りにくくハサミが欲しかった。
次回はひな鳥をいただきたいと思います。
