The opening date is the day the renovated building opened. It started as a fish shop run by the previous generation, and has expanded to include catering and banquet services. We are currently open for lunch and dinner. Full Dial: 0120-122-469. Please feel free to use it. |
I wanted to eat Japanese-style meal for lunch, so I went to Miyuki's. The store was clean and I had to take off my shoes before entering. We chose Tempura and assorted sashimi from the lunch menu. Incidentally, there were nine dishes to choose from: Tempura tempura, assorted sashimi, boiled fish, large fried shrimp, assorted obanzai, domestic pork fillet cutlet, Karaage a ceramic plate, and Seafood salad. (As of March 2021) [b: I was very satisfied with Japanese-style meal Tempura and sashimi that I had been wanting to try. ]I think Tempura and sashimi are a basic combination for Japanese-style meal lunch. First, I added chopsticks to the sashimi. The salmon had a delicious unique texture, and the shrimp had a sweet taste. When I put wasabi on top of the sashimi, lightly dipped it in soy sauce, bounced it on top of the rice, put it in my mouth, and chased it with rice, it was delicious and my level of satisfaction increased. Next, I had Tempura. It was Tempura shrimp, white meat, eggplant, shishito pepper, and sweet potato, with salt and grated radish as condiments. Dip the shrimp into the tempura soup, let it bounce on top of the rice, put it in your mouth, and chase it with the rice. It's the same action as when making sashimi, but the level of satisfaction is increased. I thought it was delicious and ate the two main ingredients of sashimi and Tempura with rice. I think Small dish would be something like sanbai vinegar, but the fish was salmon. It was delicious with just the right amount of vinegar. The chawanmushi was also delicious and contained crab sticks and shrimp. The rice was cooked to my liking, and the soup was made with clams and had a nice dashi flavor. There were two types of pickles that I was happy about. After the meal, we had dessert and coffee. After a satisfying meal, we ate pineapple, kiwi, and mandarin orange cake, and drank coffee. I feel satisfied when I eat the food I want to eat and it's delicious.
