多度津町にある小さな池のそばにあるうどん屋さん
お昼を結構過ぎていたのにほぼ満席の繁盛ぶり
店内は6人掛けや2人掛けのテーブル数卓と、
座敷席が4卓にカウンターが5席くらい
座席で注文、後清算のフルサービス店
おでんやご飯物はセルフで取るシステム
「ぶっかけ(冷) 390円」「玉ねぎのおでん 110円」
おでんは厨房口の横あたりにご飯物等と一緒にありました
お目当ては丸い鍋で別に温められている玉葱のおでん
味噌ダレを掛けて席に戻るとすぐうどんも到着
うどんは細めながら粉密度は高め
カドが立っていてしっかりコシも感じる良い麺
ぶっかけダシは昆布を強めに感じ、
そこに醤油のキレが乗っかる結構好きなタイプ
玉ねぎのおでんは丸のままじっくり煮られ、
割ってみると中がトロリとしてて旨い
甘く粘度強めの味噌ダレも良く合ってます
ちょっとわかり難い場所にありますが、
活きの良いうどんと揚げたて天ぷらがいただけるお店
