April 30, 2021 around 20:30 ○ Seared Spanish Mackerel (today's fresh fish) Salt that works well on the skin, crispy skin. There are plenty of vegetables and seasonings, and it's delicious to eat together. Mackerel sashimi is a specialty of Kagawa. ○Tofu and whitebait salad The salad was surprisingly large in size. Top with thick tofu and whitebait, and add color to your salad with oranges and strawberries. ○Yam grilled with fluffy cheese So fluffy. ○Shiitake mushroom grilled with cheese Charcoal grilled shiitake mushrooms are packed with flavor. ○ Dried Atka mackerel - simple. ○Otoshi (potato salad) A simple but delicious dish. There are eggs. Local Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) restaurants have huge portions. In the city of Nagoya, even just two people would be lonely. We were full after eating 4 dishes for the two of us ♡ At this point, I was really glad I was able to drink. We are open until 11 o'clock.
