美容室の帰りに利用しました。
18時前かな？先客ゼロでした。
ドアを開けようとすると、ドアが重い。。
手を怪我していたので、開けにくかったです。
付き出しは冷製茶碗蒸し。
冬なのに？とは思いましたが、出汁が効いていて美味✨
なめこの食感も堪らない。
店内が寒かったので、ホットウーロン茶を片手にダウンコートを着たまま食べました。
鯖の炙り
これも美味しい。流石に酢でしめているようですが、酸味がほとんどありません。
鯖の時期だということもあるのでしょう。
付け合わせに生姜がたっぷり盛られていますが、たっぷりの生姜と一緒に食べた方が美味しいです。
いりこの天ぷら
珍しかったので注文してみました。
これは酒の肴ですね。レモンだけだと飽きてしまいますが、抹茶塩やしょうゆで味変できたので、量の割には食べ切ることができました。
馬刺し
保管上仕方ないとは思いますが、冷た過ぎて馬刺しの味がわからなかったので、いりこの天ぷらを食べながら、常温になるのを待っていました。
さっぱりした脂にほのかに馬刺し特有の甘みが感じられました。
