今年最後のうどんツアー２軒目は丸亀市にある
山ともさん。
今、知名度、人気共にグーンと伸びてきたお店に
なります(^_-)-☆
俺らが行った時は若い店主さんが一人で切り盛り
されてましたよ。
オーダーしたのは、かけうどんのひやあつを。
それにちくわ天をトッピングで(*´罒`*)
さて、出てきたうどんですが……
めちゃくちゃ柔らかい！
だけども、めっちゃ伸びます‼️
むにょんむにょんな好きなタイプです♪
ひやひやなら俺が大好きな大阪の重己さんに
似てる気がしました(^-^)
つゆもイリコが香って酸味強めなとこが重己さん
に近いです。
ちくわ天も衣がサクサクで美味しかったです♪
この先まだまだうどんのように伸びしろがある
