･麺は多加水の太麺。(自家製麺)
･麺の表面はフワッとしていて食感はやや柔めの仕上がりだが適度にコシがある。
･小麦の味わいが口の中で柔らかく広がる麺で超絶品✨✨

･つゆはいりこ煮干主体の薄口醤油。
･しっかりとしたいりこの旨味で不足感はない。
･麺を啜るとふわりと香るいりこが心地よく塩味を抑えた薄口の醤油が絶妙な味わいでめちゃウマ
