A restaurant where you can enjoy the chef's pride and joy, Okinawan Cuisine and drinks, cooked using seasonal cooking methods that can be enjoyed by local Kagawa residents. ★ Okinawa-prepared meat, de |
There is a "Sake Club" in Utazu, and although I was a complete beginner to sake, I decided to participate for the first time. In addition to the wide variety of sake, there were limited editions, sake related to the area, and sake with Western-style packaging. This opportunity changed my perspective on sake. I talked about sake with serious people, and headed to an Okinawan Cuisine restaurant in front of Utazu Station, which is a place to stop by if there is an after-party. I still had time before the train. When I entered the restaurant, where Ryukyu music was playing, I transformed from a beginner at the "Sake Club" to a person on Tabelog. The relaxed atmosphere inside the restaurant made me excited. I ordered sea grapes, a Japanese-style omelette with Okinawan thick mozuku seaweed, baked spam cheese, and island scallion Tempura. It was my first time eating sea grapes. To be honest, I was interested, but it was something I would not like to try. The texture of this food overturned that perception, and it went 180 degrees into the category of things I like. It had a crunchy texture and a good taste, and it came with something that looked like soy sauce, but you didn't need that. You could feel the freshness. It also seemed healthy and filling, so I could eat as much as I wanted. The Okinawan thick mozuku Japanese-style omelette had a fluffy flavor like nori rather than the distinctive aroma of mozuku. This is good! This is good! I don't think there is anyone who doesn't like the baked spam cheese, it's a good dish that goes well with Orion beer, and the island rakkyo Tempura was quite mild and would be popular with everyone. A cute male waiter came from the back to ask if we wanted more Orion beer. It was quite late, so it wasn't crowded, and the relaxed atmosphere made the restaurant look even more impressive. Due to the train time and the fact that I had eaten some snacks at the sake club, I only ordered this this time, but I would like to try other Okinawan Cuisine. A kind member of the sake club quietly took care of the bill, thank you. The Okinawan Cuisine restaurant was so intriguing that it brought out my food-loving instincts. I'd like to go again. Thank you for the delicious meal!
