I think it's because of the bonito flakes and sauce. It tastes like I'm in Osaka. Goya Chanpuru has a lot of bonito flakes. I thought it was good, but it's still delicious. The rafute and mimiga were easy to eat and very delicious. It's on the first floor of a hotel in front of Utazu station, so it has a slightly humid atmosphere, but the inside of the restaurant is spacious so it doesn't bother me. I think they should fix the air conditioner soon. It's noisy lol The most popular dish is the fried mozuku seaweed. It absorbs the oil well and has a guilty taste. This definitely goes well with beer. Everything looked delicious so I ordered it at the beginning, but I couldn't eat the soki soba, which is the main feature. Everything was very filling, so it felt like a good value for money. It filled me up. Personally, it would be great if they had goya beer. Apparently they don't have it at this restaurant. I'll want to drink Orion beer when it gets a little hotter! There aren't any Okinawan Cuisine or Asian-style restaurants near my house, so it was great to feel like I was in Okinawa for the first time in a while.
