うどん屋さん、ハシゴ～こがね製麵所～香川、うどんの旅(??)。
朝ラーメン(山岡家)、お昼前うどん(やなぎ屋)に続き、
やってきたのは、こがね製麺所宇多津店。広い駐車場完備の、目立つお店。 よほどの人気店なのか、続々とクルマが入ってきます！
中は、広々、ゆったりとした造り。
みんな、美味しそうにうどんを食べています。
釜玉、釜揚げ、肉ぶっかけ、湯だめ、ざる、冷やし…、、、
いろいろなメニューがありますが、どれもシンプル。
天ぷらも、イイダコ、煮たまご、牛肉コロッケなど、気になるものが勢揃いでしたが。
先ほど、うどんを食べたばかり。。。
さらに暑かったので、ここシンプルに 冷たいかけうどん。
なんと、290円というお安さ！！
冷水で締められた極太のモッチモチ麺は、食べ応え満点で、
いりこの効いたおだしが、また美味しいっ！
うどんは飲む…と聞きましたが、嚙んじゃいます。
でもその歯ごたえがまた旨いっ
こちらは旦那様。
同じく(暑かったので) ざるうどん。
見た目まで美しい、おうどんでした。
うーん、香川の人は こんな美味しいうどんが食べれて、羨ましい限りです。
味よし！値段よし！最高です！
