20:30頃に初訪問。割と混んでいますが、ちょうど、皆さんが出ていく時間のようです。
カウンターに座ります。
アサヒのスーパードライとすぐ出そうな地物の山芋のスライスから開始。
突き出しは三種。美味しくて期待できますね。
おけ盛り七種をオーダ。
さわらはとても甘みがあります。
赤えびはプリプリ。
ハマチも歯ごたえが凄いですね。
他にたこ、たい、、ヒラメ、マグロとあり、どれもすごく美味しいし、ボリュームもあります。
これだけ、美味しいお魚があてにあなるのであれば、やｐｐり日本酒。多度津の金陵、吟醸を頂きます。そして、丸亀名物骨付き鶏をいただきます。親鳥とひな鳥があり、ひな鳥の方が柔らかいということで、こちらに。オーブンでニンニクオイルを使ってじっくり焼かれていて、柔らかく美味しいですね。同じような半身のものは食べたことがありますが、こちらはニンニクオイルのせいか、旨みが良くでます。
