繁盛店ということだったので、念の為事前に予約をした。入店すると活気のある声で、出迎えてくれる。
カウンターに座り、生ビールを注文すると喉が乾いていたのを察しているかのような速さで、目の前にお通しと共に運ばれてくる。
グビッと半分ほど飲み干しお薦めメニューの中から鰹のたたきは皮目に焼きが入っててパリッと身はねっとりと宇和のじゃこてんは安定の想像通り噛めば旨みが口いっぱいに広がり酒でそれを流し、かれいの煮付け…白ご飯が欲しくなります！活アジのお造りは生簀から揚げたてを捌くのでコリコリしてるが甘くて脂が旨い！
