超久しぶりの丸亀出張、仕事終わりの懇親会で向かったのは丸亀駅からほど近い『寿司居酒屋 や台ずし』
関東から九州まで広く展開している居酒屋チェーンですが、実は名古屋発祥で、名古屋市内には20を超える店舗があります
1998(平成10)年に鉄板居酒屋『や台や』1号店を出店、現在は、本格職人握り寿司居酒屋『や台ずし』、全品280円(税込308円)の安い居酒屋『ニパチ』、串カツ居酒屋『これや』、昭和の焼とりてっぱん居酒屋『焼とりてっぱん』などの業態で、関東・中部・関西・中国・四国・九州エリアに展開する㈱ヨシックスホールディングスが運営しています
「120分飲み放題コース」でしたが、揚物が名物「手羽先の唐揚げ」でなく、普通の「鶏の唐揚」だったのが少し残念
刺盛や焼き魚など充実したメニュー構成に加え、プレミアムだったので生ビール・本格焼酎・日本酒(辛丹波・辛丹波にごり)まで飲み放題という豊富なドリンクメニューでした
最後は職人が握る江戸前ずしで〆、食後のデザートまで平らげてフィニッシュ
本格寿司がセットでリーズナブルで美味しく、気軽に利用できるのが嬉しい店でした
