さすらいのランチ難民は、今日も新たなお店の探索に出ています。
丸亀市役所周辺にランチ提供しているお店は限られており、そこにお客さんが殺到するため、昼休みのスタートダッシュに失敗するとお店を探して奔走することになります。
今回は市役所から少し離れた飲み屋街の入り口まで探索範囲を広げてみたところ、曲がり角のビル１階のお店が何やら営業していそうな雰囲気を醸し出しているのを食いしん坊の動体視力は見逃しません。
入店は果たしたものの、お店のおススメもメニュー内容も分かりません。どうやらスマホでQRコードを読み取って注文するシステムであることに気付くのに時間がかかりました。
スマホ画面でメニュー表を表示できたのでお店のメニュー全容をやっと把握でき、「オムライス」（790円）を注文しました。
オムライスの卵はライスに巻き付くタイプですが、表面はふわっとしたトロトロ感を残しています。
ライスはケチャップ味ではなく、ソースに使っているようなデミグラス風味ですが、水分はしっかり飛ばしてあり、ベチャベチャ感はありません。（最近はケチャップライスに変更？）
ライスの味付に使うソースの水分をどれだけ飛ばしてあるかは個人的に気になるポイントだけに、こちらのオムライスは卵・ライスとも好みのタイプです。
通常版のオムライス以外にもチーズ入りがあるようなので、再訪するのが楽しみです。
