かなくま橋のたもとで遍路茶屋として明治に創業。橋の建て替えにともない昭和43年、現在の国道11号線沿いに移転。料亭で修業した5代目が地元の食材を使って、手作り惣菜やうどんを作っています。
かなくま餅さんの名物、「かねもちぶっかけ」をいただきました(^^)
