その日に水揚げされた瀬戸内の旬を食せるお店！ 小魚の空揚げや、穴子の握りは絶品です☆ 女性どうし、子供連れ、出張の方どなたでも気軽に入れるお店です。 また、観音寺市内は出前Ok！ ☆年末３１日まで営業いたします。（お昼は３０日まで） ☆年始２日から営業いたします。（お昼は５日から営業） 夜の配達観音寺市内いたします。 |
日曜日の夕方5時頃伺いました。
先客は二人。
１人なので店に入れましたが すぐに予約のお客さんで満席になりました。
特上にぎりと赤だしと茶碗蒸しを食べました。
にぎり寿司は 握っては すぐ出してくれるので
写真は２回に分けて撮りました。ｗ
ネタも美味しいのですが シャリが凄く美味しいです。自分の好みとしては もう少しワサビが多くても良いかなと思います。
赤だしは具を選べるので魚にしました。
鯛だと思います。味噌控えめで出汁が良く香る美味しい赤だしでした。
茶碗蒸しも良く出汁がきいて美味しいです。
それに具だくさんでエビ、椎茸、鯛、フグが入ってました。
お通しの煮物も美味しかったし ウーロン茶も注文して これでジャスト3000円はリーズナブルですね。
