水曜日 : ミズカマキリ |
今回のうどん県遠征ではいくつかの新規開拓候補を
挙げていましたが、そのうちの一つカマ喜riさん。
琴弾公園に寄った後、ちょうど開店直後の時間だった
ので行くことにしました。
開店直後にもかかわらず駐車場は満車で店内も満席
という大人気ぶり。
外観も店内もカフェのような感じで、店員さんも
若い女性が中心で、従来のさぬきうどん屋さんとは
まったく異なる雰囲気のお店でした。
接客も親切丁寧で、メニューを詳しく説明下さり、
オススメも教えて下さりで、至れり尽くせりでした。
見た目は遊び心溢れた飾り付けですが、味は想像
を超えるおいしさでした。太麺のコシとモチモチ
感はこれまで好きだった上戸さんを超えるレベル
でした。
天ぷらもたまごは磯辺揚げ風で半熟に、そして
アスパラは素材の良さを最大限に引き出していて
どちらもおいしゅう頂きました。
ご馳走さまでした。
唯一気になったのは価格くらいでしょうか。
でもまた必ず来ます。
