また讃岐うどんの新規開拓に。
よく通る11号線脇のお店、ちょうどスピードの乗りやすい区間の道なので、いつも通り過ぎるだけでした。
お店の中は意外に広くて小綺麗にされてます。
今日は「肉うどんぶっかけ中」とレンコンをオーダー。
1.5玉分の中を見てびっくり。多い！
そして肉もたくさん。
肉うどん特有の甘めの出汁と、肉の脂にコーティングされたようなコシのある麺は合います。
ただ、肉はもう少し小さめで柔らかいほうが食べやすいかな。
思ったより多めの1.5玉で、お腹いっぱいになりました。
