高松自動車道豊浜SA下り線にあるレストラン【 讃岐将八うどん】
高松自動車道 豊浜サービスエリア下り線（松山・高知方面）の中にあるレストラン『讃岐うどん 将八』です！ |
熊本から飛行機に乗り大阪経由で高知へ移動。
大阪からは荷物の多い我々は車移動。
そこで折角うどん県を通過するなら…と、SAでうどんランチとなりました。
いつもならフードコートで軽く済ませる所ですが、折角なのでSA内のうどん店でランチをすることに。
単品、セットメニューと色々ありましたが、私がチョイスしたのは三種のネバネバうどんを大盛りで！
温かいうどんか、冷たいうどんか悩んだ末、麺の腰を優先させてこのうどんにたどり着きました（笑）
店内にはセルフサービスのおでんなども有り、ネギ、生姜などもセルフで好きに追加できます。
10分程待ってうどんの登場ご対麺！
おー山芋、オクラ、納豆に温泉卵。
ここにタップリネギをトッピング、更に生姜を投入したら、温泉卵をご開帳！
あとは混ぜ混ぜして頂きます。
とりあえずズルズルっと頂いてみましょう！
んーさすが讃岐うどん！
この腰は溜まりません。
うどん県の人から見たらどんな評価なのか分かりませんが、県外の人間からするとこれでも十分なレベル（笑）
お値段もSA価格と言うことでチョットお高めかもしれませんが、納得のおうどんでした。
やはり香川のうどんは美味しいですね。
大盛りにしたので結構なボリューム、トロミが溶け出した麺汁もしっかり頂き完食！
