四国お遍路中に見つけたお店。
五岳山・五ケ寺のガイドブックに載っていて、
世界一かたいパンをたべてみたくなり行ってきました。
歴史を感じさせるたたずまい。
午前中にも完売することも珍しくな...
ミレー
高知のミレーと食べ比べ。若干硬めが高知、若干もろさが熊岡の方があった。甘いのは熊岡。
あっさり派は高知、コッテリ派は熊岡をおすすめ。
月曜から夜ふかしでも取り上げられてた世界一硬いパンのお店でした。お目当てのものは完売しちゃったけど他のものも確かに硬かったです。
石パンを購入。名前の通り石みたいに硬く、食べ出すとはまります^ ^
日曜の朝行きましたが店の前は人がたくさん来ていました！
