今回のGWは人出ももどりつつあるのでお店も満席が多いなかでやっと滑り込めたのがこちらでしたがいいお店に当たりました。
自分たちでちょうど満席なったようで後から来たお客さんは待つか帰るかされていました。
直前ではありましたが電話してから行ってよかったです。
さて、料理は旬のもの地のものありでメニュー豊富でどれもおいしそうです。
さぬきのめざめという地元産アスパラは調理方法が選べるので天ぷらにしてもらいました。
アスパラ本来の味がしっかりとして食感もよくて感激しました。
鶏のキンカンは食感に衝撃を受けました。
煮込みのキンカンしか食べたことがなかったのですが漬けでしょうか生卵タイプでした。
きっと新鮮だからできるメニューなのでしょう、キンカンを食べるならこの食べ方の方が好みです。
お酒の品揃えも良くて銘柄も自分好みのものが多くてとても良かったです。
また琴平に行くことがあればこちらに寄りたいと思います。
